Checking the current status of a domain being transferred to Servmix
Once you have initiated a domain transfer to Servmix, it should be completed in 5-7 days. During the process, you can check the status by opening the Domains section of your panel:
You will see one of the following:

Transferring
-
Error
Transferring
The domain transfer is ongoing. You can check further information by clicking on your domain name, where you will see if there are any additional notes regarding this status.

Error
This means that something went wrong during the transfer. Please get in touch with the Customer Success team to find the reason and solve the issue.
NOTES:

Domain transfers can take 5 to 7 days to be completed. If the status does not change for longer than 7 days, please contact the Customer Success team

Once the transfer is successful, the domain will appear as Active
